Limited.  He has over 25 years experience in the Maritime Industry.  He has also acquired enormous wealth of varied experience in the Public Sector and Private Sector.  He is a financial Consultant and has had a diverse career covering pursuits in various fields of human endeavours.  A businessman of international repute.  He is happily married with children.

ALHAJI (CHIEF) JIMOH SIKIRU AREMU:

Alh. (Chief) S.A. Jimoh is the Vice-Chairman of the company. He has enormous wealth of varied experience in both public and private sector of Nigerian economy. He is a financial and management consultant of a high repute. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom and fellow of the Institute of Chartered of Accountants of Nigeria. A member of many elite clubs in Nigeria and abroad. He is happily married with children.

ALHAJI FATAI AYOADE AZEEZ:

Alh. Azeez is the Managing Director of the company.  He holds a diploma in Maritime Management from the Institute of Advanced Maritime Studies – Dublin.  He is a businessman and an Economic Analyst with first class knowledge of clearing, shipping, forwarding, importing & exporting, insurance, contracting business and haulage operations. He has vast and varied experiences in business that spans over a period of two decades.  He holds BSc  (Hon) degree in Economics.  A fellow of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (A.N.L.C.A.) and a register member of International Air Transport (I.A.T.A.) He is happily married with children.

ALHAJI (Prof.) KAMAL-DEEN ATANDA BALOGUN: 

Alh. Kamal-deen Atanda Balogun is the Executive Director.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in English and Islamic Studies from the University of Alhazar, Cairo Egypt.  He also holds a master degree and doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Islamic religion from the University of Ibadan.

Alh. Prof. K.A. Balogun is a scholar of repute and author of many books.  He is currently Dean, faculty of Arts at the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Aqo Iwoye.  He has successfully handled several business responsibilities and has served on the board of major companies in the Manufacturing and service sectors.  He is happily married with children.

MR. J.OLAOSEBIKAN: Mr. Olaosebikan is the General Manager (Marketing & Human Resources). He attended the University of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University at Ile-Ife in Oshun State, where he read and obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hon) Degree (Social Science in Psychology. He has attended several courses in Administration & Human Resource Management and Marketing Strategy in Maritime Industry during his 15 years working experience. He is a Christian and happily married with children.
